Our Commitment:<\/strong>\u00a0At Fringe Learning, we leverage secure, enterprise-grade AI as a powerful tool to accelerate development, enhance creativity, and deliver a higher quality product to our clients. Our use of AI is always governed by an unwavering commitment to three core principles:\u00a0Security, Quality, and Transparency.<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Data Security & Client Confidentiality<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
    • Secure, Enterprise-Grade Tools Only:<\/strong>\u00a0All confidential client information and source materials (“Client Data”) are processed exclusively within secure, enterprise-grade AI platforms (e.g., Google Workspace with Gemini Pro). We do not use public, consumer-grade AI tools for any work involving Client Data.<\/li>
    • Zero Data Retention for Training:<\/strong>\u00a0We only use platforms that contractually guarantee a zero-data-retention policy for Client Data. This ensures that client proprietary information is never used to train public AI models.<\/li>
    • Data Deletion:<\/strong>\u00a0Upon request or at the completion of a project, all Client Data is permanently deleted from any AI platform’s secure environment.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Human Oversight & Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        • AI as an assistant, not a driver:<\/strong>\u00a0We use AI as a powerful support to assist our human experts, not to replace them.<\/li>
        • Mandatory Human Review:<\/strong>\u00a0Every piece of AI-generated content, from a single line of script to a full course outline, is critically reviewed, edited, and approved by a qualified human expert before it is ever presented to a client.<\/li>
        • Accountability for Deliverables:<\/strong>\u00a0Fringe Learning remains 100% accountable for the quality, accuracy, and originality of all final deliverables.<\/li><\/ul>
          1. Tool Selection & Transparency<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
            • Primary Platforms:<\/strong>\u00a0Our default, secure platform for processing Client Data is the\u00a0Gemini Pro suite<\/strong>\u00a0integrated within our Google Workspace Business account. For AI-generated voice, our default is Murf AI<\/strong>.<\/li>
            • Specific Use Cases:<\/strong>\u00a0For specialized, non-confidential tasks (e.g., generating royalty-free background music or stock images), we may use other AI tools that provide the appropriate commercial usage rights for the generated assets. We are always transparent about the tools used in our process.<\/li><\/ul>
              1. Client Policy Alignment & Engagement Governance<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                Fringe Learning recognizes that clients may have their own specific policies and requirements regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence. Our commitment is to work in full partnership to establish a clear, secure, and mutually agreed-upon framework to govern each engagement.<\/p>

                • Alignment Process:<\/strong>\u00a0Prior to the commencement of any project, Fringe Learning will provide this AI Policy as the transparent foundation for our standard operational approach. Should the client have an existing AI policy or specific requirements, both parties will conduct a joint review of all relevant documents.<\/li>
                • Governing Agreement:<\/strong>\u00a0The objective of this review is to arrive at a shared understanding and a mutually agreed-upon set of guidelines for the project. This governing agreement will respect the client’s security and compliance requirements while ensuring the operational integrity of Fringe Learning’s proven, efficient development process.
