Hi, Iām Eric, founder of Fringe Learning!
Iām passionate about helping L&D professionals discover innovative, proven methods to create impactful learning experiences.
Welcome to Fringe Learning!
Why Fringe Learning exists
Over my 20+ years in Learning & Development, Iāve uncovered incredible methods that bring learning to lifeāmaking it more engaging, impactful, and transformative.
Yet, when I look around, I still see the same old PowerPoint presentations and standalone videos. Sure, videos are great for sharing information, but when did we decide they were enough to truly teach, inspire, or drive lasting change?
I founded Fringe Learning to challenge that status quo. My mission is to empower busy L&D professionals with proven, practical methods that go beyond the ordinaryāhelping them create learning experiences that truly stick.
The Journey to Here
My own journey in L&D started with a passion for creating and facilitating transformative learning experiences. Over time, I had the opportunity to lead and build global L&D teams, design programs for diverse audiences, and work across the world. But as my role grew, I found myself moving further away from what I loved most : creating and facilitating transformative learning experiences.
So I decided to take a step back and reconnect with my roots in learning design. Thatās when Fringe Learning was bornāa place where I can help others unlock the potential of great learning methods while staying true to my passion.
If this resonates with you, Iād love to connect!
Letās share ideas, tackle challenges, and create a future where learning drives meaningful change in every organization.
